Richard left journalism to set up The 100th Monkey, a training and communications company.
He is now a mentor to some of the leading figures and organisations in British public life, and highly sought-after in a range of coaching and consultancy roles, including leadership communications, presentation and speaking skills, media training, crisis management and facilitation.
The coaching programmes he has developed go beyond 20 years of media experience by drawing on principles of performance, neuroscience, psychology, behavioural science and body language, to create a unique package of practical communications tools and techniques.
As an accredited facilitator, he has moderated major national and international strategy meetings, workshops, advisory boards and media events.
